A paver surface is only as good as what sits under it. Sandy Northeast Florida soil and heavy summer rain will find any shortcut in the base, so we excavate to depth, compact the sub-base in lifts, screed a clean bedding layer, and lock the perimeter with edge restraint before the first paver is set.
We handle driveways, patios, walkways, entry landings and pool decks — and because we also install tile and LVP flooring, indoor and outdoor phases of the same remodel can be scheduled with one crew.

We walk the area with you, check grade, drainage and access, and measure the exact square footage.

Layout & Material Selection
You choose the paver style, color and pattern. We mark the layout and confirm borders and transitions.

Base Preparation
Excavation, sub-base placement and compaction in lifts, then a screeded bedding layer — the step that decides how the surface holds up.

Paver Installation
Pavers set to the approved pattern, cut cleanly at edges and obstacles, with edge restraint installed around the perimeter.

Finishing & Final Walkthrough
Joint sand swept and compacted, site cleaned, and a walkthrough with you before we call it done.
