One continuous floor through an open Nocatee plan
Most Nocatee homes in Town Center, Greenleaf Village, Austin Park or Coastal Oaks were built with an open main floor. When the plank changes direction or stops at a T-molding in the middle of that space, it shows. We decide the plank direction from the front door and the longest sight line, then carry it through the kitchen, the dining area and the hallway so the whole level reads as one floor.
The kitchen island is where a remodeler thinks differently from a flooring-only crew. Floating LVP goes around fixed cabinets, not under them, so we finish the cut at the island and the perimeter cabinets with shoe molding or a scribed edge. If you are replacing the island or the cabinets later, tell us at the measurement; it is cheaper to plan the floor once than to pull it up again.
The powder room and laundry are usually included in the same run. The toilet comes off and goes back on a new wax ring, the washer and dryer are moved out and back, and the floor ends at the garage entry with a proper transition. All of it is on the written estimate before day one, along with any floor preparation the slab needs.

Replacing carpet before you list or after you buy in Nocatee
