Overview
Vinyl flooring in Jacksonville covers a family of products — luxury vinyl plank (LVP), SPC rigid-core and sheet-style vinyl — that share a waterproof wear surface. In Jacksonville homes that matters: humidity, sandy foot traffic from the beaches and the occasional spill are exactly the conditions that shorten the life of wood and laminate.
The installation is what separates a floor that looks flat on day one from a floor that still looks flat in year five. We check the subfloor for high and low spots, prepare and level where needed, plan the plank direction and starting wall, and finish the perimeter with the trim or shoe molding your home already uses.

What We Install
Wide-plank LVP with a waterproof core — the most requested floor in Jacksonville homes, and the one we install most.
SPC (stone-plastic composite) planks have a denser core that hides minor subfloor imperfections and holds up to heavy furniture and pet traffic.
Click-lock floating installs and full glue-down installs, chosen for the room, the subfloor and how the floor will be used.
If you already purchased the flooring, we can handle the installation labor and the preparation around it. We check the product, quantities and transition pieces before the install date so the job does not stop halfway through.
One continuous floor through living areas, hallways and bedrooms, with plank direction planned so the run reads straight from the entry.
Waterproof vinyl cut cleanly around cabinets, islands, vanities and toilet flanges — the rooms where water gets in if the detail work is sloppy.
Sometimes vinyl can go over sound existing tile or hard surfaces. We check flatness and finished height at doors before recommending it.
Our Process
We measure each room, check the existing floor and subfloor, and confirm exactly what the job involves.
You choose the plank color, width and finish. We confirm quantities, trim and transition pieces in writing.
Existing flooring is removed and hauled away, then the subfloor is cleaned, prepared and leveled where needed.
Planks installed, transitions and baseboards finished, site cleaned, then we walk the floor with you.
