Remodeling & Installation • Orange Park, FL
Updating an established Orange Park home? Braga Remodeling handles bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, luxury vinyl plank and tile installation, with a free in-home measurement and a written scope.
Working in Orange Park
Orange Park is one of the older suburbs on the west side of the St. Johns River, and a lot of its homes have been lived in for decades. Ranch houses and two-story family homes on mature, tree-lined streets make up much of the housing, and many still have their original bathrooms, kitchens and floors.
That means remodeling here is often about catching up: replacing worn carpet and dated sheet vinyl, taking out a fiberglass tub surround, or opening up a kitchen that was laid out for a different era. In these homes the first step is finding out what is under the old finish.
Older slabs are rarely flat, and several layers of flooring may be stacked on top of each other. We remove what is there and handle the floor preparation before any new vinyl flooring or tile goes down, because a new floor only looks right over a flat, sound surface.
You will have a written scope after the free measurement, listing materials, sequence and timeline. For a sense of how projects are priced before we visit, see our pricing page.
