Our bundled offer is waterproof LVP from $3.99/sq ft installed (Material + installation): 800 × $3.99 = $3,192 for planks and installation together. Subtract $1,600 and you can see what the material would have to cost elsewhere to beat it.
Add-ons apply either way. Carpet removal is $0.50/sq ft and old tile removal starts at $2.00/sq ft. Neither is included in the from $3.99/sq ft installed (Material + installation) price. The dumpster fee is $400 when Braga has to haul the debris away. Shoe molding or quarter round is $2.99/linear ft with material, or $3.99/linear ft painted or floor-matched. Leveling, subfloor repairs and stairs are quoted after a free in-home visit, because they depend on what is under the old floor.
