What determines the real price of an LVP installation
Square footage establishes the size of the project, but the existing floor determines much of the preparation work. Carpet removal is different from tile demolition, and a flat slab is different from one that requires grinding, patching or leveling before the new floor can be installed.
Trim and transitions also matter. Shoe molding or baseboard work, doorway transitions, stair details and finished-height changes between rooms can add labor that is not obvious from a simple per-square-foot number.
That is why Braga Remodeling measures the home and checks the floor condition before giving a written estimate. It creates a more useful comparison than an advertised installation price that excludes the work underneath the finished floor.

Slab or Subfloor Preparation
High spots, low spots, cracks and residue are evaluated because the locking system and finished appearance depend on a sufficiently flat base.
